Hi, I’m Devon.

I am an Industrial Designer. I love getting out into nature. I am an obsessed hunter / fisherman / gatherer. I love seeing the whole process of where my food comes from, farm to table. Similarly, my work ethics share a similar scope. I take great pride in ensuring as much as possible has been planned and considered in a design / manufacture process before work begins. I like to do it once, and do it right.

Pre Covid-19 I worked as an Engineer at Weta Workshop. I have work on a plethora of projects such as the Te papa Bugs exhibition which included leading the install team. I was 1 of 5 to build the British war memorial Tree (steel and bronze) at The National War Memorial of New Zealand. And then onto 15m giants that included a cast bronze horse for the Dubai World exhibition 2021. I have gained a vast array of skills over this time lending myself confidence in tackling any challenge until completion.
