Mighty Campers - Camper Van.

The Nomadic Architecture brief directed by Ed Burak (Mighty Camper Director) is about designing for the user. In particular, understanding the experiences of the people using a camper so we can design the best possible compromise when it comes to value and experience. We are passionate about the story that it will create for people as travelers as well as the potential craft, innovation, functionality and marketability our design will bring.

Currently there is a gap in the market for low cost camping but with high experience, especially when it comes to the backpackers dream of traveling throughout New Zealand and experiencing its natural beauty.

There is opportunity to design for the value camper but we realize their trip to New Zealand is not about sitting in a van, its about seeing the country. We have designed this camper to be unobtrusive so the users experience is effortless when transitioning from a setup camper at night to quickly packed and ready to travel in the morning.
