Miniature Train Track.

Kilometres of miniature train track were built for Weta Workshop Director Richard Taylors’ farm. Imagine the theme park that the owner of Weta Workshop would make if he could. Well, he did. He has miniature fully functional trains and carriages that will take you on a tour around the park.

We made jigs to manufacture 8m length sections of train track in straight, curved, and switches. The switch being the trickiest as they obviously have moving parts and has 1 track leading in 2 potential directions.

We also designed and manufactured rolled aluminum arbors that will act as a tunnel for the trains when plants have grown around them.
